Hi I'm Angelique Ramirez

I grew up in Mesa Arizona. I am an adventurer at heart.I love being with my family and friends. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I really enjoy being around people who are uplifting and that I can be myself around. I love trying new things! I am always open to trying new foods, listening to different music and visiting new places. I love my freckles and my laugh, no matter how obnoxious or loud it is at times. I love being around my friends and family and hanging out with my two younger siblings. For fun, I like to play sports and dance, either just in my living room to Pandora, or country dancing.

Why I am a Mormon

I was 9 when I was baptized and I think back to that time and I am amazed of how willing I was to taking the Lords name. I didn't have my parents to tell me what to do, I didn't have their example to follow after since they weren't members or active. I just know that because of a lot of prayers and acts of service I was able to feel the spirit and know that this church could really bring me happiness. I took that leap of faith and I never have regretted it. There have been bumps along the way because of my family not being members of The Church of Latter-Day Saints, but I knew in my heart that if I tried my best at living the gospel and followed the spirit and learned by example from leaders I would be blessed. I am so blessed for the leaders I have had because they truly have helped me to see the importance of straying away from the paths my family has chosen, but to always love them. I love the gospel and all its teachings and principles because they are so pure and so Christ Like. When I read the Book of Mormon or hear from our prophets and apostles, I want to apply those teachings and principles to my life because I know that the happiness it brings is eternal.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best leader, the best daughter, the best roommate, and the best disciple of Christ I can be. I try being the best example I can be for the Young woman in my church who I have the privilege of teaching and being with through out the week. I love my calling because I have learned so much from the girls, and it has taught me the importance of being a better friend and serving and loving others as Christ does. I live my faith by having an open heart, and open mind and a willingness to learn from others, no matter what age group or background.
