Hi I'm Jared

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to play basketball and table tennis. I also like to hang out in Institute and play with my friends. And I'm a missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'm currently serving my mission in Utah Salt Lake City East Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because my parents got converted. They met at Hawaii. And they were married in the temple. So i am the second son of our parents i have three siblings. I'm very happy to be a Mormon. I am grateful to serve on my mission, because i want other people to be blessed with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. I know that through the gospel of Jesus Christ all of us will be blessed this life and all eternity.

How I live my faith

By joining some activities on our church like, doing community services on specific places or helping other people. And if we serve our fellow beings God is very happy for that. I live my faith by praying to our Heavenly Father with sincere heart. Just ask for his guidance and pray with all your heart. I know that by doing this things we will be guided.

What is done with the tithing that Mormons pay?

Jared
According to "The principle of tithing, or voluntarily giving one tenth of one’s income to God’s work, has been known since Old Testament times. Abraham paid tithes to Melchizedek (Genesis 14:17-20) ". Through our tithing's The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints use it for constructing temples, chapels, and other buildings.
