Hi I'm Gabriel

I grew up in Brazil, I lived there for 15 years until I moved to the U.S. 3 years ago. I like to make people happy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from high school a few months ago, and now I am preparing to go on a mission soon. My hobbies would include playing soccer, listening to music, reading, and being with my friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints since I was born. I was never a part of another religion, or I never shared another faith that is different from the gospel. When I was a kid I used to go to church with my parents because they believed in the gospel, so I followed their lead. But when I turned 8 and got baptized, I started to slowly understand and really feel in my heart that the gospel was true. Now, 10 years after my baptism, I can surely say that I know that the gospel is true. I know that if we follow the commandments, study the scriptures, and pray, Heavenly Father will make it known to us through the Holy Ghost that His gospel is true. I know that as we do these things, we will always have the companionship of the Holy Ghost to help us and guide us throughout our life because He is our friend. I know that these things are true because I can feel the Holy Ghost constantly reminding me of it. I also know that we have a mission to share the gospel with others, so that they can feel it too. And I leave my testimony, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I was a part of the youth, and in our priesthood class on Sunday, someone different had to teach the class each week, so I taught the class a few times. My dad and I go visit some people at their homes to see if they need help with anything, and if they do, we help them to the best of our ability. But helping out people is something that all members of the church do, we are always looking out for one another, and I always try my best to do that.
