Hi I'm Sister Meherio Chapman

I'm from Tahiti. I was born into the church. I am going on a misison. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like Tahitian dance. I like spending time with my family and friends. Before coming on a mission I studied the restoration. I am studying to become a flight attendant. I am currently serving a mission in Kobe, Japan for 18 months starting in August of 2014. I'm speak French and Tahitian

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were converted to the Mormon religion before I was born. I am the first child born in the church. Before I prepared for my mission, I fasted and prayed to ask Heavenly Father what I have had to read and study. I was told to reread my patriarchal blessing. I had to meditate on the note that said: go to the secour of your brothers and your sisters assumes all your assignment. This phrase has touched me and I did remember how the Lord is worried about all of his children. He wants to find all the children at the end of time. I know that before we came to earth I had promised the people of Japan that I would go to their secour and teach them. Each of us have responsibilities that we must keep. If we keep the covenants we have contracts with our God and at the end of time we can live in His presence again.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in Kobe, Japan. I am going to bring the gospel to Japan and teach his sons and daughters about the gospel of Jesus Christ. In Tahiti, I was the secretary of young women's and was also a photographer for my ward.
