Hi I'm Will

I was born and raised in lovely Ogden ,Utah. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I just finished high school this May and have been in one of those awkward transition periods for several months. I am now serving a mission, so I'm not enrolled in any college classes. In my spare time I liked to spend time doing things with my friends who I won't be able to see for two years. We enjoyed hiking, seeing movies, and just general conversation. I also really enjoy skiing. Unfortunately I won't be able to ski again until after my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon church, so I never had to make a real choice of whether to join the church or not because that choice was made for me when I was young. While I was being raised I was being taught the fundamentals of the church piece by piece. I began to grasp a firm understanding of the principles our church believes and the practices we carry out. There came a time when my family's strong belief in the church was no longer sufficient for me to carry on; I had to decide for myself. After intensely studying the Book of Mormon, the words of the modern church leaders, along with fervant prayer, I felt deep down that these things had to be true. This strong belief that all things these are true is the reason I continue in the Mormon faith.

How I live my faith

I recently made the choice to serve a mission for the church. This means that I will be leaving my friends and family for 2 years and committing all of my time to teaching others about Jesus Christ. Leaving all the people I love behind has been hard, but it I know that helping others to know about the truth of Jesus Christ is more important. I rely on the help of God to get me through the hard times I face each day. I'm serving in Sweden, I have so much love for the people and I want to share what I know with them. This church means everything to me, and I want to help spread its message of peace and happiness to the world.
