Hi I'm Heather

I was born in Washington, now I live in Utah and have lived there for most of my life. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love basketball, I also enjoy tennis, pickle ball, soccer, and other sports. I've been called to a mission in Florida! I leave soon, and I am very excited! Life is wonderful!

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I've been so blessed with parents that have helped me always have the spirit around me. Although I relied on my parents testimonies while I grew up, there came a time where I had to know for myself. For 3 years I just went through the motions and kept slipping away without me really even noticing. Then, Heavenly Father provided a way for my heart to be softened, as he provides for everyone, and I chose then to build my own testimony. After my heart was softened, I decided to read the Book of Mormon. Slowly, over the course of a year, it changed my heart. I didn't realize until I read my journal, what had happened to me. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ truly do provide a way, and I know if we take that opportunity, and take a leap of faith, they will bless us with truth and true joy. I have a testimony in the power and truthfulness of this church, I can only say that because I've seen it in my own life.

How I live my faith

I currently am in a YSA ward! It's a wonderful place for singles. My senior year of high school I had the wonderful blessing of being on the Seminary Council. As I have grown up in the church, I had the opportunity to be a part of the young women program. Also, I will soon be serving a mission!

What do Mormons believe about family?
