Hi I'm Landon Clarke

I grew up in Geaorgia, USA. I am enrolled in Brigham Young University. I am a missionary in Mendoza, Argentina. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a college student. I played tennis for my high school for two years. Playing tennis is one of my favorite things to do. When i'm not playing tennis i'm out enjoying nature. I love going on long treks. there is nothing more liberating than putting everything on your back and living in the woods for a week. It's always hard work but always fulfilling. My favorite places to be are outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel of Jesus Christ isnt just a good way, it´s the only way. Being a Mormon makes me happy, and has shaped me into the person i am today. We all pass through trials in this life, that´s all part of life, but the Gospel of Christ is the best remedy for any trial. The world is a scary place. I dont know where my life will lead me, but i know that when i walk with Christ then i need not fear.

How I live my faith

I am a freshman at BYU. I have taken two years off from school to serve a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Deciding to go on a mission was not a difficult decision. Putting off my life for two years is hard, but the benefits are far greater than sacrifice. I grew up in a low LDS population and often became discouraged because I was different from my friends. If it weren't for the atonement of Christ I wouldn't be who I am today. He gave me so much comfort in times of trial. It is my desire to do all that Christ asks of me, and my honor to be his missionary.
