Hi I'm Cody Memmott

I'm a baseball player and a missionary. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm from a small town in Utah. I love baseball and have spent my whole life playing it. I love country music and like to sing. I sang the National Anthem for the Orem Owls and performed a couple times in smaller venues. I'm currently serving a full time mission in the Georgia Macon Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised by my parents in the LDS church. Ever since I was young I've had a testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ and it has increasingly grew the older I've became. I've experienced a lot in the time I've been on earth but nothing has brought me more complete happiness than the happiness that the gospel has brought into my life. I know without a doubt in my mind that this gospel is true! I wouldn't be giving up two years of my life to serve a mission if I didn't believe it to be true. Joseph Smith was a true and living prophet who restored The Church of Jesus Christ. Thomas S. Monson leads and guides this church today. The Book of Mormon changes lives and every word inside of it is true. Jesus Christ walked the earth spreading happiness throughout the land. He was crucified and atoned for our sins so that we could once again live with our father in heaven. Christ was resurrected and came to the Americas! I have found happiness and prepare to spread the message of happiness to whomever is ready to receive it!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving each and everyday to become more like the Savior, Jesus Christ. I always try to express my beliefs through my actions and inviting others to learn more about the Savior. I attend church when i was home and graduated from seminary. Now i am serving a mission trying to bring others closer to the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ.
