Why I am a Mormon

Logical reasons: The teachings of the LDS Church are logical in comparison to what some other Christian religions teach. The Plan of Salvation covers all of the questions. Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going? It teaches a concept of God that I can understand and relate to. The LDS God is a loving God who is just and merciful. It's logical to me that God would send us to a family at birth and that He would allow those bonds to continue after death. The LDS concept of Heaven and Hell makes much more sense than any other religion. I can't believe that someone like Mother Theresa is going to burn in Hell because they were the wrong kind of Christian. The teachings give me comfort and peace. Participation in church callings have helped me develop skills and confidence that I otherwise wouldn't have developed. I'm a stronger person because of this. Along with this, members are encouraged to develop their talents and skills, to benefit themselves and others. It has been a great religion in which to raise children. Members look after each other. We've moved a lot and every time we've moved, the transition was aided by members who fellow shipped us and helped us fit in the ward (congregation). There has always been help when we've needed it most. No only does it make sense, but the Spirit has confirmed to me that this church is true and that it is Christ's only complete church on the earth. There is one Christ, one gospel, one church. Christ is perfect and would not have confusion nor anything unorganized. Everything is organized perfectly (although we are still human and human error comes in to play!) I truly believe that God would not have his children to just "believe" but to "DO" as His Son, the Savior, did. I see the works of the church, I see the doctrines and each one leads you closer to the Savior.
