Hi I'm Erica Daniels

I grew up in Shelley Idaho. I am a Bio Engineer and I am a mormon.

About Me

I and currently serving a mission in Toronto, Canada. I am 19 years old. I go to school at Utah State majoring in Bio Engineering. I love softball and i miss playing it everyday. I love skiing and being outdoors with my family and my dog.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a LDS family and a very LDS community, so when i moved away from home it was a culture shock for me not to be around many mormons. That is when my faith was truly challenged. I am not a mormon because of my parents. I am not on a mission because my 4 olders sisters went. I am a mormon because I know for myself that it is true. I have seen what this gospel does for people. Sure I know amazing people that are not of this gospel that are very happy with there life. But I believe that being a mormon can make you even happier with life on top of the amazing lives that we have.

How I live my faith

Before serving I lived in West Yellowstone, Montana. I worked in a few places as a waitress. Many people come to work there from all over the world. Most of these people were not familiar with the church so I great opportunities to tell them about the church. It was a really good pre mission starter for me and made me realize what answers i needed to find for myself.
