Hi I'm Benjamin

I grew up in the US. I love to play piano, guitar, and ukulele, and to sing all the time. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music. Playing piano, guitar, and ukulele, along with singing, are my favorite pastimes. I almost always have a song in my head to sing. I love to cook. Cooking and trying new recipes especially trying new foods from other countries, is my absolute favorite. Basketball and soccer are my favorite sports, and I jump on any chance to play either of these sports. I plan to go to BYU after finishing my mission to Stockholm, Sweden for two years. I love my family very much and can't wait to get married and have a family of my own.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but that is not why I am a Mormon. If the tradition of my family were the only reason I am Mormon, then I wouldn't still be Mormon. I am a Mormon because I have read the Book of Mormon, and I know it is true because I have prayed about it. I love the happiness that I feel when I live what this church teaches. I know my life is better because I live Christ's Gospel, and I love that feeling. The Holy Ghost has testified to me that this church is true, and THAT is why I am a Mormon, because I feel as if I have gotten a direct answer from God that it is all true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by living a high standard of conduct whenever I can. I life my faith by going on a mission to serve him. I show my faith to God by going to 3 hours of church every Sunday, and striving to feel the spirit of the Lord and improve myself each time go to church. I have been a leader in my youth classes among the other young men. I try to do my home teaching every month, and to make a difference in the lives of those around me. I'm not perfect, and no one but Christ is, but I try to live up to Christ's name, and be called a Christian.
