Hi I'm Nicole

I am from Colorado. I am a web design student. I love the outdoors. I served in the Brazil, Joao Pessoa Mission. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am attending BYU-Idaho and majoring in web design. I love to cook, especially healthy food. I love being outdoors, traveling and having fun with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

Being Mormon doesn't just mean I don't drink or don't buy things on Sundays. I am Mormon because there's no bigger community of love and support. Everyone is united in the same basic beliefs and together we all grow our faith. For a while I looked at the church as a prison, telling me how I need to live my life, a restrictive rule book. But when I was 17, I was looking for something more in my life. I decided to dive into the gospel head first. I saw the change within myself in under a week of reading the scriptures and praying daily. I realized that the commandments were put in place not to restrict us, but to guide us to put our full trust in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I am changed daily by the love I feel from my savior and the progression in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to see other's through Christ's eyes. I believe I am happy because I try to follow the footsteps of Christ. He wants us to love others and love ourselves, and I try to follow His example daily.
