Hi I'm Kira

I'm a stay at home Mom in Las Vegas who has a strong love of family, chocolate, reading and Rebel basketball!

About Me

I have been married to my amazing husband for 14 and 1/2 years and have 4 wonderful children who bless our lives and keep us busy! I love serving in my church and also volunteering at my kids school! I enjoy being outside in the sunshine, weather it is swimming, running or riding my bike I just love the outdoors. My biggest love is hanging with my family we find joy in playing games together and watching movies as well as going for walks and hikes with our puppy! Life is a blessing!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I know that my Savior died for me and I have personally witnessed the power of the Atonement in my own life! I know that my Heavenly Father lives and that he loves me and that he created a plan of happiness, the plan of salvation for me! I am so grateful for the knowledge that I can life with my family forever through eternity! I lost my Mom 2 and 1/2 years ago to suicide and without the knowledge of the atonment I would not have been able to get through that extremely difficult trial! Because of my Savior I WILL live with my family forever and I will see my mother again! This has brought me such great peace throughout my life and especially through the past 2 and 1/2 years since my mothers death. I am a mormon because I know that this church is true with every fiber in my being and I am so grateful that my husband and I can raise our children together in righteousness! We were sent to this earth to experience joy and that joy is found in family life and through the knowledge of the plan of salvation.

How I live my faith

My faith in my savior is the base of my happiness and helps me to understand better who I am, why I am here and where I am going. I attend church weekly no matter where I am in the country or the world. I love my religion and have a deep rooted faith in it! In my church I have the opportunity to work with the 12-18 year old girls. It is such a blessing in my life to help these beautiful daughters of God better understand who they are! I am grateful for a congregation in my church that is unified and full of friendships and relationships that are unified because of our faith!
