Hi I'm Wendy J. Johnson Bush

I joined the Church 41 years ago in Fargo ND. I hope to find other family members who are related to me!!

About Me

I'm married and mother of 5. Three of children are living, 2 have crossed the veil. I feel that they are doing important work there and that I need to do work for my ancestors here. As far as I know, I'm the first generation in the Church. I'd be so happy to find out that I have extended family who also are Church members. I am still learning how to do research and I'm grateful for the modern technology that makes it easier to find ancestors. We've had challenges and continue to have challenges in our lives, but we know that there is a plan for us. We just need to trust in the Lord and know everything in life is to help strengthen us.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the Church while we lived in Fargo ND. Most people think that's an odd place to join the Church, but the time and place is just where it's supposed to be. Shortly after we joined the Church challenges came our way. I'm so grateful for the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation that has helped us accept the losses we've had in our family. I can't imagine trying to get through life without it. We were blessed to have wonderful friends and missionaries help us learn about the Gospel. I wish I could find some of those people that we lost contact with. I'd love to be able to thank them and let them know what blessings the are to us.

How I live my faith

I am active in the Church and I enjoy so many blessing because of my membership. I have a calling in Relief Society and I have a great visiting companion who makes it a fun experience every month. I enjoy working with people with disabilities. My oldest daughter was mentally challenged and our family learned to much from her 22 years here on earth. We were/are truly blessed to have been her parents.
