Hi I'm Briana

I've lived in Utah my entire life. I'm a Latter-day Saint and love the Gospel. I'm currently serving a mission for my church. :)

About Me

I am very passionate about running and reading. I''m currently serving a LDS mission in Republica Dominicana. I want to major in journalism after my mission and enjoy writing a lot. I like to draw and paint. Mostly photo realistic although I have experimented with landscapes a little.

Why I am a Mormon

To me, being a member of this church is not something that I just do like going to school. It is who I am. I love this church. I love my Savior so much and I cannot ignore the truth of his gospel. It burns within me like a flame. I believe that Christ died on the cross for everyone and how can I do anything else but strive to obey his commandments and live the way that he did. To do anything else is almost unthinkable for me. I'm a Mormon, I know it, live it and love it.

How I live my faith

I lead the music in my ward and I teach the five year olds in my ward with my aunt. I really love it.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Briana
The church would not force anyone to do anything they did not want to do. Boys are strongly encouraged to go. Girls are not as encouraged as the boys but it is a wonderful thing if they choose to go. It is considered a privilege to be able to go and teach the gospel to others and show their love for the Lord and the people they teach. Show more Show less
