Hi I'm Chelsea Brindley

I grew up in Utah. I currently work as an insurance agent. I'm a Mormom.

About Me

I love the outdoors and getting lost! Growing up my favorite family activities were ATV'ing, Boating, Hiking/Hunting, and even just going on a Rain Drive. My dad was one of those who would pile us all in the truck and we would just go down whatever road looked like it went somewhere. I am a soon to be newlywed working fulltime as an insurance agent. I started College at 13, received my Associates of Science Degree at 17 and hope to one day further my education. I love nearly all genres of music. My dad raised me on the oldies, and my family is very much into country. My music will range everywhere from rock to classical, opera to rap, hip hop to electronica, New age to pop. And more!

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since I was a young child. This Gospel has provided peace and assurance in the trials I have faced in my life. When I live according to my Heavenly Fathers Standards and strive to keep his commandments, I am blessed with His strength in doing those things He would have me do to help others as well as in my personal growth as His daughter. This gospel has taught me I was, am, and can be more than anything else this world could have ever taught me. I find encouragement in knowing I have been someone before, and can become someone even better after this life.

How I live my faith

I am a member of our compassionate service society known as the Relief Society. We seek out those who are in need of physical, emotional, spiritual, or other such support and do our best to make them feel loved and to know they have someone to turn to when they need help. In short, we seek to offer relief. I am also a Visiting Teacher so it is my pleasure to visit with different girls in my area and offer my friendship to them. Serving those around me is one of my greatest joys as I know personally what it is like to live in this world and how hard it is to keep pushing forward when everything in life is pulling you back. To help someone else always lifts my spirits and makes my trials seem all the easier. I have other callings in my ward that allow me the opportunity to plan activities for the sisters, mostly to help build friendship and meet new people.

What is the Relief Society?

Chelsea Brindley
The Relief Society is a Compassionate Service Organization within the Church. In this Organization, the women of the church have the opportunity to serve those in the community (i.e. a neighbor, family member, friend, the elderly, widows, single mothers, sick or afflicted, bed ridden, down trodden, etc....). Examples of the services provided could be: secret Santa’s, housekeeping, providing dinner to a struggling family or friend, helping renovate, move, build or landscape etc... Our goal is to do just as our title entails: provide Relief. Show more Show less
