Hi I'm Mikael Peter Lundahl

I'm from Sweden, I'm a skier, I'm a traveler, I'm a Mormon

About Me

I was born in a smaller town called Borås in Sweden, where I grew up with my two parents and my older brother Stefan and younger sister Rebecka. There I also went to highschool (gymnasium), Bäckängsgymnasiet. During my childhood my father was working in Elverum, Norway, and so we spent a lot of time there as well. There at a close by fjell (Trysil) I learned how to ski. I also love hiking and traveling. The most recent trip was a bike/hike trip from Northern Norway (Tromsø) through Lappland (Finland) down to the most southern tip of Sweden (Smygehuk), and from there I biked back north to my hometown Borås. We'll see what trips will be done in the future. :) When 20 years old I traveled overseas to USA to be a full time missionary in the Utah Provo Mission for 2 years. I just love life and meeting new people and hearing their stories. As I was serving as a missionary I got to meet new people everyday, and share the gospel of Jesus Christ, which blessed their lives.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of this church because I know that this is the restored church of Jesus Christ. The reason I know that is because I knelt down, prayed unto my Heavenly Father, asked him, with a strong desire to know the truth, if this church was the true church on this earth. And I received my answer, with a calm, warm, ensuring feeling in my heart. I know that anyone who does the same will also receive their answer.

How I live my faith

I think having faith doesn't only mean believing, it also means action. There are many actions that also build faith, like studying the scriptures or praying to our Heavenly Father. But I do believe that through serving, helping and caring for those around us is one of the ways that we can not only come very close to our fellow beings, but also closer to God. I know that we can only be saved by the grace of Jesus Christ, after we have done all that we can do. Therefore, I try to do my best to help and serve those around me.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Mikael Peter Lundahl
When the missionaries come to your home, the main thing they are going to talk about is Jesus Christ, and how we can be with our families and those we love forever. They are going to answer questions or concerns that you might have, and let you know what we can do to become closer to Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
