I'm a Mormon, I grew up in the church although my parents did not always attend, I did.

About Me

I grew up with a terrible self esteem problem. I never seemed to like myself or who I was, I was blind in one eye, and had curly hair. I thought I never measured up to every one else because I was different. I went on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints, it was the first time I felt that I did belong. I am now much older and have had a family, wife, and great life. It took a long time but I truly feel good about myself now. And believe I was put here the way I was, for a purpose, to help others feel better about themselves, and to know God loves them the way they are.

Why I am a Mormon

I know this Church is the Church of Jesus Christ, it has his name and it has his good works. I love my membership and the oppurtunies it has given me to serve, through the teachings and the love of Heavenly Father, I know I was sent here with a purpose to serve others, and given the chance to prove myself and know of His love.

How I live my faith

I have had many opportunities to serve in this Church, I have taught the youth and adults in Sunday school and have served as a Bishop. In every calling and chance of service I still feel a responsibility to build others up so they can feel good about who they are and what they can accomplish in life. I love the Lord Jesus Christ.
