Hi I'm Joshua Nielsen

I grew up in Price, UT. I have four brothers & two sisters. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

The hobbies that I have in my life are practicing the piano, playing sports for recreation, and just spending time with friends and family. I recently graduated with my associates degree from college, and hope to continue my education after I return from my two year mission that I will be serving. I look forward to sharing the gospel with others. I enjoy sharing my talents with others and serving them.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been deeply blessed by having the Gospel rooted in my family since the day I was born into this earth. I am grateful for the many truths I have been taught growing up, I know that the Gospel is for all people and together we can help bring the Gospel to all of the world. I know that the Lord has given us the commandments that we have today to protect us and allow us to grow as His children, and learn to rely on Him and His teachings. I am grateful for the Atonement in my life, I know that we can become clean again after we make mistakes and that the Lord will always be there to strengthen us and uplift us, because He loves each one of us.

How I live my faith

I have served as deacons quorum president, teachers quorum president, and priests quorum second assistant. From serving in these callings I have learned how to reach out to other community members who are my age, and invite them to ward activities and to attend church meetings. I have served as a home teacher since I was 14 years of age. I did not enjoy it too much at first, but now I realize the importance of home teaching and how much just a small amount of your time can impact someone's life.
