Hi I'm Klarissa

I believe in trying everything at least once. I am serving in the Jamaica Kingston Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in central Utah. I love basketball, softball, soccer, running, and pretty much any sport. I love the outdoors and doing new things. I love my family. My favorite season is fall but I am currently living in a 18-month summer in Jamaica. Serving a mission is the best decision I've ever made. I'm in love with Nutella and Nesquik. I hate squash. I like jokes and movie quotes. And music. All my ideas come from Pinterest.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it's the best lifestyle anyone and everyone could live. As I live the principles taught by the Mormon faith, I am more happy, alive, healthy, energetic, free, giving, willing, kind, and blessed. I was born in the gospel but had to decide for myself how to live my life. I've always believed the Mormon faith was the best way but was never perfect in it. For this reason, I know for myself which is the better, higher way. I love this gospel and my Savior with all my heart and choose to follow Him. I know that as we do the best we can in all that we do and listen to the still, small voice we simply be happier.

How I live my faith

I live my faith as a daily lifestyle. The small habits are the biggest part. I served in my college ward over the women and as a piano player. On August 27, 2014 I leave to serve a full-time mission in Kingston, Jamaica. The mission also covers the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos and lots of other little islands. I want everyone to know how much I love my faith, how it has changed my life, and how it can change theirs.
