Hi I'm Judy

I am from Kentucky. My husband of 52 years and I are retired. I am a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a member of the LDS Church all my life. My husband and I were married after I graduated from high school and we have four children who have blessed us with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The Church has always been a source of strength for me. I know that I am a daughter of God and that He loves me unconditionally. I'm grateful to my Savior, Jesus Christ, for His atoning sacrifice. He truly proved His great love for us when He suffered on the cross and made it possible for us to be forgiven of our sins. I know that Joseph Smith was an instrument in God's hands as he translated the Book of Mormon, which is the word of God. I'm truly grateful to be able to pray to my Heavenly Father when I need guidance in my life or to thank Him for all my blessings. I know that if we strive to live the commandments we can live with our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ and our families forever. Because I love my family so much, being a forever family is very important to me.

Why I am a Mormon

In my heart I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. All the doctrines and teachings just make sense to me. I am so thankful to be a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I have served in many callings in the Church over the years. These callings have given me strength, courage, knowledge, and have increased my testimony that the gospel is true. I have taught the 12-13 year old youth for the last few years. I truly love and enjoy this class. We learn so much from each other. They are an inspiration to me.
