Hi I'm Malu

I'm an LDS member, volunteer Project Organizer for the Ecological Society of the Philippines and I work at a call center.

About Me

I'm 48, a widow, raising three teen-age daughters. We are volunteers for Ecological Society of the Philippines where I'm a Project Organizer for both environmental and humanitarian projects.

Why I am a Mormon

Despite having been born and baptized a Roman Catholic, I will always be grateful to a converted aunt who shared the Gospel with me ( I was 17) even if my parents opposed to it. I was finally baptized & confirmed as an LDS at 25.As years passed, my own skepticism and strayed impressions about some details of the Church (which is but normal for converts) are now gone. I bear this testimony at its strongest, truest sense that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true church here on earth and the Book of Mormon is a true Word of God.. This testimony was borne out of countless experiences I had and still have of which words do not suffice. The Holy Ghost works in its own way to help us understand, believe and share the Gospel. This I testify in the name of our loving Savior whom I love so much, Jesus Christ.Amen.

How I live my faith

I do organize both environmental & humanitarian projects. of which LDS colleagues are actively involved with.We help in the rehabilitation of both forests and mangrove areas as well as empower the grassroots about volunteerism to uplift lives of the less-privileged.
