Hi I'm Nate

I grew up in Utah. I played football and I wrestled for my high school. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Utah my whole life. I played football for six years and my team won the state championship one of those years. I wrestled and placed in the state tournament. I love to go hiking, swimming, camping, or anything else that allows me to be outside. I am about to go on an LDS mission for two years of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this is the true Gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth. Gospel means "good news" and I know that this Gospel really is good news. I know that Heavenly Father is our loving Father and he cares about each and every one of us. He made it possible for us to come to this earth so that we could eventually return to him one day. I know that Jesus Christ is our Redeemer and Savior. He died and atoned for our sins so that we could be made clean through him. I am thankful for his love. I know that being a member of this church has been the best decision of my life and I know that it is what Heavenly Father wants me to be doing with my life.

How I live my faith

I have grown up in the LDS church my whole life. I was baptized when I was 8. Even though I have been a member my whole life I still had to find out if this was the true church of Jesus Christ. I have read the Book of Mormon and followed the instruction to pray and ask our Heavenly Father if it was true. I have received a witness that the Book of Mormon is a true book and that means that all of the teachings of the LDS faith are true as well. I believe that Thomas S. Monson is a modern day prophet and that he gives us revelation from God. I believe that Joseph Smith saw God, the father, and Jesus, the son. I know that this is the true Gospel of Jesus Christ restored on this earth. That is why I have stayed a member of this church. I have spent countless hours offering my service to others through the various callings I have had in the church. I am about to leave my home for two years to teach this true Gospel of Jesus Christ to another part of the world. I am so thankful that Heavenly Father loved us enough to make a way for us to be able to return to him. I love him.
