Hi I'm Victor Manuel Mora Bravo Jr.

Born and raised in Logan Utah. I'm blessed to say I've been a life long member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!

About Me

I come from two different Latino backgrounds, my dad is Mexican and my mom Venezuelan. I am eighteen years old and serving a full-time LDS mission in the North Carolina, Raleigh Mission. I love to be around people and be active. Soccer is probably my favorite sport, but I enjoy most others as well. I also enjoy reading, I am a big fan of fictional books like the Harry Potter and Inheritance series.

Why I am a Mormon

The Gospel of Jesus Christ has been apart of my life from day one. I was raised in the church, and my parents taught me the gospel principals. As parents do, they took me to church every Sunday and usually didn't give me a choice if I didn't want to go. By going to church and participating actively in class. I slowly learned the basic things of the church. Over time thanks to that, my parents testimonies, and those of others I developed my own testimony. I went to church because I wanted to, and did things of my own accord. Growing up I strengthened my testimony through serving in the church besides by the things I was taught. I am grateful that I have been able learn from others experiences and never really fell away from the church. I am still young and continuing to learn daily. As I am serving a full-time mission the things I experience, and learn only strengthening my testimony of this gospel.

How I live my faith

The Gospel of Jesus Christ has been taught in my home my entire life, I have had the wonderful examples of family members and friends. I had the blessing to serve in each of the Aaronic priesthood quorum presidencies. I have had the opportunity to serve people, and families in my community through church activities. I also went through the Boy Scouts of America program, ultimately becoming an Eagle Scout. I have attended church meets and activities regularly and have learned and grown from them. I now have the greatest blessing to Serve the people of North Carolina, through a full time mission.
