Hi I'm Patricia

I am a wife and mother of 5 wonderful adult children and mom-in-law to 2 other children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like solving mysteries. I am a family historian. I collect facts, stories and photos of those who came before me. I have as much joy in helping others find those things as I do in finding my own family history. I am working on my own life story and the story of our current family. I like to scrapbook with simple ways to share the story of my heritage. It is my legacy to my children and their children after them.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a Mormon because I always believed that Heavenly Father loves us and wants us to be happy. I think a loving Father is interested in his children. A Prophet to lead us and continuing guidance is part of that love. I know the Book of Mormon is the Word of God and teaches me how I may grow and learn to be more like the Savior. As the world becomes more unstable, I am thankful I have solid ground to stand on. I am thankful for my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints.

How I live my faith

I find joy in being a compassionate service leader. Finding ways to help others in need makes me smile. I like being part of our women's organization because I like the feeling of closeness that comes from being together. I like visiting the women in our church and getting to know them better.

What do Mormons believe about family?

I believe families can be together forever. Our ties are eternal. Death does not stop my love of our family. Life is an earth test. It will end. We can go on to eternal relationships. Show more Show less
