Hi I'm Nathan Brown

I live in Bozeman, Montana. I love baseball and working on cars. And I´m a Mormon.

About Me

I´m the oldest of three brothers. I´m went to college for a semester before going on a LDS mission. I´ve played baseball since I was a little kid and played throughout high school. I started restoring classic cars as a teenager and love working with my dad and my brothers on the MGB we have.

Why I am a Mormon

I have found happiness in living the teachings of Jesus Christ. I have gotten to know my Savior better through the teachings of latter-day prophets and the modern-day revelations of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have learned, as an ancient American prophet explained, that "wickedness never was happiness". I continue to be an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ because I have found this out to be true in my life.

How I live my faith

Right now, I´m serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. In the university, I was a teacher in the church classes for my fellow students.

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

Nathan Brown
The Atonement of Jesus Christ was the act in which Jesus Christ paid for our sins. He also was resurrected on the third day, ensuring that each of us will also resurrect, overcoming the effects of mortal death. Jesus Christ needed to pay for our sins because God knew that we would make mistakes in this life. Without the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we would live with these sins forever. However, through the Atonement, we can repent and leave behind our bad actions. We can be free of the guilt and pain we feel from our unrighteous actions and those of others. Show more Show less
