Hi I'm Liam

I'm a Canadian living in America, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I was born in eastern Canada but moved west when I was a kid. I spent most of my life living in a small town in southern Alberta. I have the typical hobbies of a nineteen year old. Music, movies, and being around friends and family are how I like to spend my time. Education has always been a big part of my life and I actually enjoy going to school. I hope to one day work as a psychologist or psychiatrist.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon is the greatest, and most influential thing that has happended in my life. I have no doubt it will continue to be one of my biggest, most defining characteristics. I love being a Mormon because it provides a perfect knowledge of how I need to live my life. The direction that Jesus Christ and His teachings provide are the most influential thing I have come across in my life so far. I am blessed daily by living this Gospel and it guides me to path I need to take. I know that by following His teachings we can be truly happy forever.

How I live my faith

I've found that the best way for me to live my faith is to share it with others. By being anxiously engaged in a good cause, and teaching others about the Gospel, I am constantly reminded of what my standards and beliefs are. The little things we do are, in my opinion, the most important. Not every decision we make in life has earth shattering consequences; however, by making too many small mistakes, we can become trapped, and those earth shattering consequences may happen. Since most of our lives are spent making seemingly inconsequential decisions, I feel it is important that we live our daily lives in the best possible way. Doing the small things like daily prayer, scripture study, and weekly church attendance can really make a large impact in the long run. By striving to do the things taught in the Book of Mormon, Bible, and by modern day prophets, I know that I am blessed and are a better person because of it.
