Hi I'm Jason

I grew up in Kaysville, Utah. I love music and cars. I'm a fencer, a missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have an interest in working with cars and writing music. I enjoy playing the guitar and listening to music in my free time. Along with that, I love fencing with my friends, who to me are part of my family. Right now I am on a mission, currently in the Tempe Arizona Mission, but preparing for when my visa comes so I can go to my final destination, Bangalore India.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, and I have been a member my entire life, but it has not come without problems. Everyone goes through trials and temptations, such is a part of life. It is though the gospel, through our faith that we become stronger and we grow in the church. My parents started my life in the church by being a part of the church, but it has been my choice to become stronger and do more and more in the church. Through the past years of my life, I like many people doubt what I was taught, and began to fall away, like the parable of the prodigal son. The good thing was that before I completely fell away and left the church, I looked for help, and was able to come back to the church. I love my religion, and it has blessed me in so many ways. Now I get to preach the gospel, to bring other people to the church that I know and love, as well as to help friends or family that may be struggling to come back into the "fold of God. I love this church with all my heart, and that is why I chose to serve a mission, to help other people come the the church and find the peace that I find.

How I live my faith

One of my favorite things about the church is service. I love being able to go out and serve those around me whether it is shoveling snow, helping them move, or cleaning up after a storm. I go to church every week, not just because I am supposed to, but because I love the calm and peaceful feeling that I get when I am there.
