Hi I'm Rebekah Seely

Hi! I grew up in the beautiful, rolling hills of Tennessee. I am a wife and a mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married to my husband Jared since 2008, and we have two beautiful daughters. I am also an avid Photographer and lover of the outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my faith. I was raised in a Latter-Day Saint home and have always believed that Jesus is my Savior. I felt the things I was taught were good and true. I am grateful that I have always had the knowledge of where I came from and why I am here. I never had to wonder or be scared or confused. My parents and grandparents have always been a wonderful example to me and are a huge part of why I am Mormon. I know that it was because of their faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ that I was raised in a happy, righteous home. It is because of this Gospel that my marriage is strong and my family feels a deep sense of joy and peace. This doesn't mean that we have not faced struggles, but it does mean that we have been sustained through them. We have been blessed and protected from so many of the world's problems through living the Commandments. I have purpose and meaning in my life. I know who I am. And I am so grateful.

How I live my faith

My faith and my family come first in my life. I try and teach my daughters about Jesus Christ and his gospel every day. I love my church. I find that the more I am involved, the more comfortable I become with serving others and the happier I am. I am currently teaching the 9 year old Primary class at church. We are studying the Old Testament of the Bible this year. I love teaching these youth about the Savior and from the Scriptures. They are so smart and teach me so much! I am also in charge of the 9 year old girls Activity Days- an organization that meets together twice a month to have fun and build each other Spiritually. I try to live by example and influence these young children for good.
