Hi I'm Andrea

I play the violin. I love to dance. I love life sciences and plan to be a high school biology teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love learning, especially about the life sciences. I play violin, am learning cello, and have taken lessons in both piano and clarinet as well. I'm studying at college to become a high school biology teacher.

Why I am a Mormon

Raised by Mormon parents, my testimony has come slowly but surely, with many individual moments leading to separate aspects of my own conversion. I have had experiences that have let me know that God knows me, individually, and that He loves me and cares about what I do and how I feel. The gospel has given me direction in my life that otherwise would be difficult to find. It has given me stability when everything else is change. It has given me a reason to hope and keep going forward when I doubted my ability to do what it was He was asking of me. I am a Mormon because I believe that the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are true. I am a Mormon because I have seen the impact the church has had in the lives of my ancestors and in my own life. I am a Mormon because this church is true.

How I live my faith

I help my mom in the church nursery every Sunday, where I play with the toddlers and help teach a short lesson about Jesus. I have taught a class for the adult women at my church. I am going to serve a full-time mission in a few months.
