Hi I'm Curtis

I was in born in Provo, Utah and grew up in Cedar City, Utah. I am married with two kids. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a dad with two kids, a boy and a girl which I love more then anything in this world! I have many hobbies, I enjoy collecting sports memorabilia and cards, running, bike riding, and eating healthy I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, taking care of the yard, fixing and maintaining our family car, hunting, hiking, fishing, and camping.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so grateful that I was born into the covenant of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints! I grateful to know that I have a loving Father in Heaven who is aware of my weaknesses and strengths. I love my family and grateful that I was able to sealed to my wife in the Holy Temple of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am grateful for eternal families and cherish my beautiful kids that our Father in Heaven sent us! I know from experience that without the Savior and Gospel of Jesus Christ in our lives we are lost and alone. It brings me great joy and happiness to be doing what I know is right for me and my family. I believe in the atonement of Jesus Christ that he suffered and died for all us and all we have to do is repent and come unto him and we will all be saved. I am grateful to have the holy Melchizedek Priesthood and to be able to use the tools and hold the keys to be able to heal the sick and afflicted! I am grateful to have a living prophet on the earth today and I will be forever grateful to Joesph Smith, the First prophet of our church for his sacrifice and hard work to get the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to where it is today. I know the Book of Mormon is true and I hope to be able to share it with everyone that wanting to know the truth. I am grateful to have a Temple so close to us and enjoy visiting it often! The beauty and spirit that awaits you there is unlike anything in this world, I challenge every worthy member to take time out of their busy life and cherish the beauty and spirit that felt within its walls. I am grateful for the gift of tithing and fast offerings and the joy and happiness it brings. I love having Family Home Evening with my family it always seems to bring happiness and joy into our home. I am grateful to be living on the Earth today even though I have had many trials and tribulations, I know it is for a purpose and everything happens for a reason. I am so happy to be a part of this Gospel!

How I live my faith

My wife and I weren't married in the temple, but later sealed for time and all eternity. The greatest thing I witnessed was seeing our little boy Cody dressed in his temple clothes, being brought out by the temple workers to be sealed to us! It was amazing! Something I will never forget. We currently teach the the Valiant A 9-10 year olds in Primary! We really enjoy the kids and teaching them about the gospel of Jesus Christ
