Hi I'm Shane Nuttall

I'm from American Fork Utah. I am currently serving a mission in the Philippines, on iloilo. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah, and I love music and acting. I was in the American Fork High School Drumline for 3 years, and was also in my school's drama program my senior year. I'm serving a mission in the Philippines, and am 2 weeks away from leaving the MTC and going there. I'm very excited, and proud to serve the Lord and the wonderful people there.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, but it took a while for me to gain my own testimony of the truthfulness of this gospel. I began to really search for an answer when I was 16, and to do this I read the Book of Mormon, prayed about it, and tried to have a good attitude about my church duties and callings. Over time, and through study and prayer, I recieved a witness by the Spirit that this church was true, and that Joseph Smith was a prophet called of God. The Book of Mormon is a truly inspired book, and I love inviting people to read it, because it has brought me so much joy in my life. I'm a Mormon because I have a firm testimony of this gospel, and I love to say that I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I was in a leadership position for the 16-18 year old youth back home, when I was also 16-18, and now I'm training to serve the Lord full time on my mission.
