Hi I'm Kieran Steele

I grew up in Idaho, Im a male cheerleader, I coach gymnastics, I love to snowboard, Im a truck lover, and I am a mormon

About Me

I grew up most of my life in Idaho, While playing football as a sophomore I was injured and cracked a vertebrae in my back. I never went back to football but with some coaxing (and lots of physical therapy) the cheer coach at my high school convinced me to be one of the first 2 male cheerleaders at my school. I couldn't have loved anything more! It helped my rehabilitate my back and have joy again in my life. However, we all have trials, when i was 17 my dad passed away, I didn't have anywhere to turn. My family had to move and i ended up in Utah. I knew no one, I lacked faith, and I didn't know what my purpose was in life. I learned then that god has a plan. Being in Utah i was able to join the cheer team at my school and had an amazing year despite being brand new to a school my senior year. I had the opportunity to coach gymnastics which i love and my family grew closer together then we had ever been. We all go through hard times, but those hard times strengthen us, and when we trust in god he will lift us through all of our trials. I miss my dad, but i know that i will one day be with him and my family for eternity. I'm now serving a mission because i want to help all people know that Christ is our savior and that through him family's can be together forever.

Why I am a Mormon

Im a mormon because after everything that ive gone through, the savior has always been there. He is my rock, and he is my redeemer. I know that he loves each and every one of us and I know that by living his gospel i can be with him and my family for forever. I Know that this is his true church on the earth and i know that by living this gospel we can become like him. Im a mormon because i love my savior.

How I live my faith

Right now I live in faith by serving a mission, I try and teach everyone about the gospel and serve every person I meet. I love giving service to people! rather it be randomly pushing someones cart or carrying bags for them, or helping someone pull weeds or water their garden, i love serving in any way i can. I live my faith by trying each day to be a bit more like Christ, and if i can do that, then I know I can help anyone.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Kieran Steele
No! I am currently serving as a missionary and one of our favorite things to do is to help people!!! Ive carried many a couches and moved many a person regardless of their religion. I find great joy in helping people of all faiths and backgrounds. "When ye are in the service of your fellow man ye are only in the service of your god" Show more Show less
