Hi I'm Kelbie Beesley

I grew up in Auburn, Alabama. I love life. I am currently serving a full-time mission in the England, Leeds Mission. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the deep south so I love the outdoors. I like shooting guns and fishing. I love all sports but my favorite is ofcourse American Football. WAR EAGLE, go tigers. I love my animals, they are like my family. I enjoy hanging out with my friends. I'm loud and I like to laugh and make others laugh. I never really started University but I'll get around to that soon. I just love people and love to talk to people. I love to make new friends. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I was taught to read my scriptures, to pray each day, and to go to church. I've always tried to live the way my parents have taught me is right. As a teenager, I ventured down other paths, trying to seek happiness. As I searched for happiness, I became more unhappy. I realized that I should try again to live the way my parents have always taught me. I tried again to be more like Jesus Christ and do what I knew I should. As I did those things, I became a happier person and found that I have worth. I know that I'm a daughter of God and that I'm important in His eyes. I know that we all are. We are all important to Him. He wants us to be happy, so He has given us a way to be happy, which is by following commandments. I know that as I follow God's commandments, I please God. That is all I want to do because He is my Heavenly Father and He can give me blessings as I follow Him. I am Mormon because this is where my heart is. I have prayed and asked if this is the path for me and God has answered me with a, "yes." I'm reassured of this everytime I read the scriptures, pray, and go to church!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving the Lord in the England, Leeds Mission. Before I was called to be a full-time missionary, I enjoyed participating in institute classes and any activity at church. I love talking to people about my beliefs and giving them the opportunity to learn more about my beliefs. I live my faith by learning more about Christ and trying to be more like Him. I am so grateful for the life that He lived for the example He all is for us. I know that as I try to be more like Him, I can be a happier person. I know this because as I've learned more about Him and come to know Him, I've seen so many changes in my life. I have become a more positive person and a more selfless person. I fail at being like Christ ever day. I make so many mistakes but as I continue to try I become a better person, I feel. I just try to be a help to anyone who may be in need of some help whether it be someone to talk to our if they need physical labor being done. I don't always succeed at this because I'm imperfect but I do try.
