Hi I'm Hanna

I was born and raised in the Midwest. I have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

For now, I am adjusting to life without school. A little over a year ago I adopted a puppy who I love to pieces. I can be shy and cheesy. I'm a foodie! I love to laugh, and to sing and dance in my car. The beach is my happy place. I am a lover of the simple things. I am finding my joy in the journey.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am thankful for the gospel and to those who serve within the gospel each and every day. My faith brings me truth, courage, and grace. My faith serves as a reminder to be humble, forgiving, and teachable. My faith opens my heart to love. I am the woman I am, and the woman I hope to be because of my faith, and for these things I am eternally grateful.

How I live my faith

I recently began attending a singles ward. There, I have been participating in family home evening, institute, and Sunday meetings. Being more of an introvert, these things can be scary and present vulnerability. I remember before I attended my first singles ward, I purposely ran behind the morning of to put off going. However, I did go, and I'm happy with that decision. Family home evening inspires my mind and provides for opportunities to meet and stay connected with others. Bonus, playing is encouraged! Institute allows for my knowledge to grow within the gospel through reading the scriptures and listening to shared thoughts. And Sunday's? Well they are my favorite. Each week I look forward to taking part of the Sacrament and feeling the spirit.
