Hi I'm Morgan Emily

I'm a Washington teenager. I do my best to reach out to others. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a sophomore high school, using the BYU online high school courses. I enjoy writing - poetry, journal entries, etc. - and anything musical. Specifically singing, piano, and composing my own music. There's 7 kids in my family, and I'm the second oldest. We all enjoy scrap-booking, karate, and holding dinners, game nights, and other parties with our ward family. I want to go to BYUI to become a registered nurse, serve a mission, get married in the temple and be a mother some day.

Why I am a Mormon

This church has given me so much and I am beyond grateful. Just being able to see God's hand in my life, and having Christ's light shine on me is something that I will never give up. I notice a huge difference in my life when I am living the gospel and doing what I can to follow Christ's teachings and others in my life can see it to. I've had people - non members and members - ask me before, "Why are you so happy all the time?" And the answer is simple. I know who I am. I know that I am a daughter of God and I know that every person on this Earth is of infinite worth. When you are able to go through this life knowing why you are here, it makes it so much easier. That's why I look forward to a mission. I want every person to know how much they are worth, and to feel God's love.

How I live my faith

I am in the Mia-Maid class presidency and absolutely love it. I live my faith by reaching out to others that may be lonely, under-appreciated, or depressed. I have dealt with depression in my life and I love to help others that deal with problems like that by being a friend and sharing my beliefs.
