Hi I'm Matheson Price

I've moved all over the U.S. I've lived in four different cities. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read and learn. I plan to attend Utah State University in two years after I am done serving my mission. I have been called to serve in Washington D.C. and most of Maryland. I'll be speaking French and teaching the Gospel. I am very excited to serve the Lord. In high school, I played the trumpet in the regular band and the marching band.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I was born a member, which means that my parents took me to this church as soon as I was old enough to go and understand. Sometimes because of this I felt that I knew all there was to know about the church and that I had to give no effort, because I'd known it all my entire life. As I was preparing to serve my mission, I started to invest my time in the Church. I started paying more attention, praying more regularly, and living what I knew. It is amazing to see the difference the gospel of Jesus Christ can bring to our lives. I feel so much peace and awe now that I never felt when I went through the motions and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I just graduated, but before I did I served in a lot of areas at my school. I helped with the marching band and with different clubs and activities. I was also an Eagle Scout and have helped teach the Cub Scouts when needed. In Church I help teach the little kids sometimes, and help serve the elderly, lonely, or sick.
