Hi I'm Tatiana

I love to dance and travel. I have been called to serve the Lord. And yes, I'm a Mormon!

About Me

The last two years of my life have really helped in shaping who I am today. I attend Brigham Young University where I am studying exercise and wellness. I love learning new things, especially when it comes to different cultures, dance, and the body. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain one semester. There I not only improved my Spanish but had the opportunity to expand my knowledge about another culture and learned to love the people. Since then I have taken advantage of my passport to see and experience other countries and meet other children of our Father above. I have one younger brother and an older half brother. I love my family and how perfect they are for me. I love the Lord and am learning more about Him, His will for me and the plan of happiness every day.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I Mormon? I was born into this church. I wouldn't go as far to say that as a kid I didn't like going to church but my perspective has definitely changed over the years. This gospel is one of hope and happiness. Complicated questions about the meaning of life and what happens after death are answered through the gospel, and make sense. Faith is a gift and must be worked for but once it is acquired, having faith in the true and everlasting gospel is one of the greatest blessings I have. Through study and sincere prayer I have gained a testimony of my own and that, that is why I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

As I think about it, there really isn't one answer to how I live my faith, it's more of a list of small things I do on a continual basis. At baptism I covenanted to follow Christ. Like anyone, I have my trials and temptations in life and it is through my daily scripture study and prayer that I have power to overcome these. I strive to live as He did, having charity for all and submitting myself to the Father's will.
