Hi I'm Zach Wilson

I grew up in Idaho. Yes, I love potatoes. I'm a red head with a passion. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am what most people would call a human. I do normal human activities, which include eating, sleeping, and drinking (water of course and other liquids not against the word of wisdom). Some other activities that I tend to do as a human are playing soccer, the piano, and other fun things. I am a human missionary serving in the Canada Edmonton mission, and I have completed a year of university prior to my departure. I like to consider myself a human, but after reading this over, I am starting to consider myself some other species. So yeah, that is pretty much all that I really need to say about myself. I guess I am a pretty boring human considering my entry is only 699 characters out of 1500.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I enjoy being a Mormon. For awhile in my lifetime period I really did not believe I needed religion, but I guess I probably wasn't the happiest human I could be. There was always some sort of gaping hole inside my stomach. I mean that figuratively, not literally. Then I started attending the Mormon church and before I knew it, I was an active member in it and abiding by most, if not all, of the gospel principles. I make mistakes now and again, but the scriptures have given me a promise that Christ will always be there for me with open arms, willing to take me back in. So yeah, I really enjoy good principles and living a good life and, well, I will have to admit, the Mormon church teaches all of these things absolutely brilliantly, and though it means maybe not having a lot of temporal fun, I have gained a lot of longer-term joy from being a Mormon. Adieu.

How I live my faith

As I said above, I am serving in the Canada Edmonton mission. I guess the best way that I live my faith is just by being a good human being. I try to be kind to people and set a good example, but I am not perfect so I don't succeed at being the best I can all the time. At church I would play the organ for the congregation hymns, so that might be kind of cool. I'm not the biggest fan of teaching, I'm more of the one that sits in the back and tries to stay quiet. Ummm, besides that, there's no other way that I really try to live my faith. I just try to be everyone's friend and be the best human that I can and try to stay ethically correct and morally strait I guess.
