Hi I'm Julia

I grew up in the US, love helping other people, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a sister, daughter, caregiver, and friend. I love to knit, crochet, bake, and take walks with my family. I graduated from BYU a couple years ago, and would love to get more education to become a librarian. I am currently preparing to serve a mission for the Church.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized a member of the church when I was eight years old, and have continued to come to church and participate in serving. I did this when I was younger mainly because it was expected of me and my parents wanted me to, but now I come because I know that this gospel is true. I have felt peace in my life from reading the scriptures and staying close to the spirit of God. The relationships with the other members of my ward are precious to me and encourage me to come and serve, but ultimately it is the relationship I have with God and my desire to do His will that motivates me to come to church and be actively living the gospel.

How I live my faith

I currently go to a local single's ward where I have kept busy. A rundown of my callings would include playing the organ for our main church meeting, playing piano for the women's meeting, teaching a study group (twice), and organizing and running activities for the members.
