Hi I'm Mindy

I grew up in a small town with a great community. I'm happily married to my husband Mark, with a son named Leon. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Mindy Wiese. I grew up in a small community and throughout high school I acted in plays and directed one. I would love to learn to sing and I would love to learn how to play piano again. I'm happily married to Mark Wiese and we have a son named Leon. My favorite holiday is Christmas because of the family gatherings and warm fuzzy feelings from all the love spread around; that's how it should be all year round.

Why I am a Mormon

I know this Church is true; I prayed for my answer and it was received. As I mentioned before I grew up in a different Church and it never felt right to me. When I visited the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I got this warm fuzzy feeling and just knew then and there that this was the true Church. It's a feeling that I don't think anyone can truely understand without going through the experience themselves. And that experience is something everyone should have and I will encourage everyone to do so.

How I live my faith

Growing up I was a Methodist and thought I was doing great by being really apart of the church; but even doing that I was not being respected nor appreciated. Then the missionaries came to visit. After getting baptized and receiving the Holy Ghost I never felt so loved. Now I am working on becoming a better role model and more spiritual for our son. It's very important to me for my son to grow up with spirit all around him. I do this by participating in the Church by donating to local hospitals and now teaching the younger ones about the gospel. We are also going to work on teaching Leon the benefits of prayer and how to recognize the blessings you receive by following the gospel, prayer and doing the right things.
