Hi I'm Bethany

I am from Lehi Utah. I am a college student studying harp. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up on a small farm. I love riding horses and milking goats. I was Miss Lehi's Outstanding teen when I was 16. My family enjoys being involved and serving our city. One of my main hobbies is harp. I practice the harp 2 hours a day. I love to perform and share my talent. I recently traveled around the eastern part of Canada on tour. I am studying harp performance at school. I played basketball in high school. I recently received my mission call to Neuquen, Argentina. I love to stay active and busy.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the joy it brings in my life. When I live the standards that the church has put in place, I see a difference in my life. I love to be happy, I feel that true happiness comes from this gospel. I love to know that I am important. Being part of something so great has helped me see my potential.

How I live my faith

The way I live my faith is by helping those in need. Being part of this church there are continual service opportunities. When someone is moving, members of the church come together to help them. When someone recently had a baby, members of the church take turns bringing meals to their home. I help prepare lessons for church on Sundays. I share my talents to help bless and lift others lives.

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

Bethany
I am so grateful that Christ died for me. I am constantly applying the atonement in my everyday life. The atonement is such a beautiful thing. I can be forgiven of my sins. Because of Christ, I am given second chances. Because of him, death has no sting. Because of him, I can live with God again. I am so grateful that Christ made it so everyone has the chance to be forgiven of their sins. Show more Show less
