Hi I'm Michelle

I was born and raced in Mexico city. I love cooking. I currently study at BYUH. I am a mormon.

About Me

I love cooking mexican food and trying new recipies. I enjoy bike riding, swimming in the pool or the ocean, listening to and singing music. I also love dancing any kind of music like salsa, bachata or even electronic music.

Why I am a Mormon

I got baptized when I was 8 years old but I attended church since I was 6 because my dad is a convert. Since my parents are divorced and because my mom is not a member I was not very active in church until I reached my 20's when I realized I needed a clearer path to follow. I enjoy this church because the principles that we have here are clear and you can feel the honest love among members. I know this church might not be perfect because the members are not perfect but I do know that the gospel is perfect and as long as one follows it and follow the leaders that are good examples for us we can reach our goals for this life and for eternity.

How I live my faith

I go to church every week and with the members of the latino club in my school we do family home evenings which are monday night's reunion where we share an spiritual message that makes us think about the week to come. We usually cook good food and sing hymns there too.

To what do you attribute the growth of the Church?
