Hi I'm Ane Latu

I am from the beautiful Island of Tonga. I come from a family of 5.

About Me

I am a current student in BYU-Hawaii. I'm majoring in Accounting which I wish to be an accountant in the future. My hobbies are swimming, hanging out with friends and spending time with my loved ones especially with my family. I love studying here in BYUH, so that I get to meet new people from different region of the world. It's sometimes hard to adjust with other cultures, but I love working with them.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon is very unique. I have no doubt believing that this is the true Church. My mother was brave enough to face so many challenges in order to join the Church. It came to a point that some of her family members hated us and friends too. She never gave up on what she believed for she knew by heart that this is the true Church. I know that this is the true gospel of Christ and even though we face many challenges in life, but as we do God's will, we will be safe and He'll direct us if we have faith in Him. Thank you for reading this and feel free to learn more about the Church.

How I live my faith

I'm grateful that I grew up in the Church and that my mom was a convert when I was 7 yrs old. I love being in the primary, young women and single adult. Before I came to BYUH, I was called to be a Primary teacher and a secretary too. I love serving kids and they taught me a lot in so many ways.
