Hi I'm Zachary Gray Adams

I grew up in a small town in Utah county. I love music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love writing and listening to music. I play a few musical instruments, and I love practicing them. I also write music using digital software. I enjoy writing many different styles of music, and I am always trying new styles and ways to write music. I love music so much that I have chosen to study music for my college degree. I am studying at Snow College to get a degree in Commercial Music with an Emphasis in Technology/Production. In my free time I longboard, produce music, write, read classic novels, and watch critically acclaimed films. My favorite book is Alexandre Dumas' The Count of Monte Cristo, and most of the books I read are generally nonfiction or realistic fiction.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, both my parents have also been members their whole lives. Aside from being raised around it, I have come to know the Church to be true with my own conversion story. My conversion story isn't a very specific time in my life, but has been spread out throughout my life. Little by little I have gained a true knowledge and testimony of the doctrine of the Church, and I know it all to be true. Growing up in an area where there are many LDS families, it has been difficult at times to set myself apart and have a testimony of my own, rather than basing it off of my parents, or my friends testimonies. Through my own trials, I have gained an understanding that Heavenly Father has a plan for us, and He gives us trials so we can grow, and be stronger, and that everything He does is for the best for us. I know that Heavenly Father knows me, by name, and that he has established the Gospel on the Earth for us today, so we can learn and grow, and someday live with Him and our families forever.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday, and I participate in my meetings. I also always attended my youth activities. I have done service projects, scout camps, and just the occasional moving of someone out or into the ward.
