Hi I'm Joey Robledo

I love doing service, my family, and studying to be an Elementary Educator. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student studying elementary education. I love playing sports (soccer and basketball are my favorite) and teaching people how to play sports. I listen to all music, except for country. I play the trumpet and have been for 10 years. My minor is in music.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that our Heavenly Father gives us mini "signs" while we are on the Earth. When I think about the reasons why I am a Mormon, Heavenly Father gives me those "signs" of confirmation that I am in the right place and that I am doing the right thing. He has given me much and shows how much He loves me. I like being an example of Him to my friends and all those who meet me. I want everyone to know the joy that I experience/have from being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by showing who I am through my hobbies and talents. While playing sports, I make sure that everyone is involved and has a chance to be in the spot light. I know that showing love to my fellow teammates, by getting them involved, is a Christ like feature that I admire. I try to have and show that Christ like love to all that I encounter, on and off the sports field. I am grateful of what the church teaches me. I apply what I learn every Sunday throughout the following days, weeks, and years.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Joey Robledo
The missionaries will teach you exactly what Christ would've taught you if He were to teach us in person. Missionaries teach about the love of Christ and how much he truly means to us. They will also explain what our Heavenly Father's plan is for us, and how we can return to Him. Show more Show less
