Hi I'm Aaron Potter

I'm a Minnesota Vikings fanatic. I'm a pianist. I love to laugh. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a simple man with simple needs: food, football, family, and laughter. Throw in a grand piano and I will be loving life even more. I love music, exercise, and sports. I am currently serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Colorado, Colorado Springs Mission. It would be an understatement to say that this is the best time of my life. Not saying it isn't hard, difficult, or frequently heart-breaking, but it is the best time because of my growing testimony of my Heavenly Father, and His Son, Jesus the Christ. Life is good, can't complain.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because Heavenly Father has told me through His Holy Spirit that this is His kingdom once again restored in its fullness to the earth. I have learned and now know that Jesus is the Christ the very Son of God, our Savior, Lord, and Redeemer, and that He stands at the head of His Church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Some say that Mormons are not Christians, but from my experience I have discovered that "Mormonism" is true, pure, and undefiled Christianity. Simply put: this is the whole truth and nothing but the truth. So how could I not join in on this feast of happiness, joy, and spiritual truths? How could anyone not?

How I live my faith

I live my faith by simply doing that: living it. I make it a part of my life, a lifestyle. I follow the counsel of the Primary song, "I'm Trying to be Like Jesus". I do my best to emulate my Savior in my life and come closer to Him each and every day. For it is through Him that everything is possible.
