Hi I'm Jenney Kim

I was raised in California/Virginia. I'm a lover of music and the cinema. I love and cherish my family and friends. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Born in October, I am nineteen years old. I was mainly raised by my grandparents and my father. I'm a convert to the church and have been for a little over a year and a half. I am the youngest of six but only me and my sister are active members. Though I do not associate with either of my parents, I now live with my sister's in-laws. I love my family very dearly. I am currently studying at Brigham Young University and preparing to serve a full time mission in Moscow, Russia. I enjoy watching movies, reading, and being outdoors. I also love to spend time with family. It gives me pure joy to serve others. I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and strive to be like him everyday!

Why I am a Mormon

To simply put it, I believe and have faith in Jesus Christ. I know that he lives. Being Mormon provides peace and joy that I can't seem to find anywhere else. By living the principles of the gospel, I find that my life is much more enjoyable and pain-free. We all experience trials, but as a Mormon I am better able to deal with them. Living this lifestyle has blessed me in so many ways. I feel the love of Christ in my life daily, and this has testified to me he exists.

How I live my faith

When it comes to living my faith, I try my hardest to live the commandments and the principles of the gospel. In addition, I do my best to attend church, read my scriptures, and to actively participate in my calling or other church related activities. I always strive to serve others in a Christ-like manner. I find that doing so gives me a feeling of satisfaction.
