Hi I'm Hunter Dennis

I live in Idaho. Im a varsity athlete. I'm the oldest child. My family is my #1. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a man who will do anything for his family and just loves to live life to its fullest. I have been playing sports my whole life and they never get old. I love to play basketball most of all and I have had the opportunity to travel the country while playing it. I have graduated high school and have been so blessed to have the family and friends that I do. I am leaving to serve the people of California for a two year mission in the near future and I couldn't be more excited. I enjoy watching and making movies/plays, going out with friends to do adventurous things, and having opportunities to serve the people around me. "I'm a lover not a fighter, but I fight for what I love."

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up as a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and I am eternally grateful for that. I have had loving friends and family that I have met through this church that have always been there for me through the thicks and thins of life. Just like everyone else on this beautiful earth I have had my fair share of trials and to be honest I am grateful for them everyday because I know my Heavenly Father has put them in my life to make me stronger and wiser. Just like many life has pushed me down repeatedly and because of my Heavenly Father I am strengthened and able to push forward in life. Life was not meant to be easy and it isn't but I know and can testify that through this gospel and church on the earth today we can make it back to living with our God in Heaven again along with all our family. This church has given me faith that families can be together forever and I know that to be true. I love my savior and redeemer Jesus Christ and I know he is there alongside my Heavenly Father giving me strength to survive everyday. I know the Book of Mormon to be the undeniable truth and I am forever thankful for that. Life can be incredible if you pray for and let our Heavenly Father take the lead.

How I live my faith

I am going on a two year mission to California and that has been a great blessing in my life. I have served as a young men president twice, as well as a seminary president. I have also had the incredible opportunity to serve as a young men's council president for my stake. I am very grateful to have had these callings and I have felt the blessings from participating in them. I have had many chances to serve others through my life due to these callings and I couldn't be more grateful. I do my best everyday to read the Book of Mormon and to pray to my Father in Heaven. These two things have strengthened me through my life and continue to do so everyday.
