Hi I'm Isaac Robbins

I'm tall, love the outdoors and preparing to serve a mission in Santiago, Chile. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love outdoors. I love boating, swimming, hiking, climbing, mountain biking and camping. I also love playing lacrosse. I'm 18 and 6'4" and am preparing to serve in the Chile, Santiago North Mission speaking Spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been privileged enough to grow up in a Mormon home surrounded by a loving and supporting family my whole life. It wasn't until high school in seminary that being a worthy member became a personal aspiration as well as lifestyle. For me it was fairly easy because I have so many friends and people around me who feel the same way. I have noticed that the smoother, more peaceful and happier periods of my life have been during the times when I have been the most Gospel centered. Often I have prayers answered and I am so grateful that I have the Lord on my side to help me and hate to imagine a life without him.

How I live my faith

The biggest way I live my faith at this point in my life is by preparing, and soon serving a mission to Santiago Chile. I am blessed to live in Salt Lake where I have many friends leaving on missions at the same time. My friends and I have been to as many as 5 mission farewells in one day! It is a privilege and a blessing to have so many friends and examples to help me stay on the right path. I have been studying the scriptures and plan on attending the temples across the Wasatch front often before I leave.
